Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

If you have purchased a product online from our website and there is a fault or issue, you can return it back to us for a full refund. If you have purchased any item from one of our retail partners in store, please return it back to the place where you have purchased it, along with your purchase receipt.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but we would be happy to discuss any dissatisfaction. Please get in touch.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please get in touch with us in the first instance to request a return authorisation (RMA). We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, so please provide your purchase order number, order number or other information.

There are certain situations where a partial may be refused, or a partial refund granted:

  • Obvious signs of use;
  • No obvious issue or problem is found;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed either as a credit on your account or as a refund applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If we have notified you that a refund has been made, but you still have not received it after 7 days, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be excluded from refunds.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address, which we will provide once your RMA has been issued.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping not accounted for, will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your proof of sending is not our guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
