Cut’n’Paste Sponsorship Programme

The following terms apply to the Cut’n’Paste Sponsorship Programme, details of which are available here.

• Eligibility: The Sponsorship Programme is open to Groups / Organisations & Not For Profit Trusts, hereinafter referred to as group(s) (whether a single entity or not) who can demonstrate eligibility according to the details published on our website available here.
• How To Apply:
  • Interested groups must submit an application form via our website available here.
  • Applications can take up to 30 business days to process.
  • Applications are considered on a case by case basis and submitting an application is not a promise, or a guarantee of success.
• The Sponsorship Offer:
  • Cut’n’Paste shall – at its sole discretion – choose whom to offer sponsorship to; and decide what kind of sponsorship, if any, to offer to the applicant (the “Sponsorship Offer”).
  • The exact Sponsorship Offer arrangement detail for your group will be sent to you and agreed via email. If for any reason, you do not receive a specific Sponsorship Offer from us via email, then the default offer (Option 1) will apply, as publicised on our website available here.
• Beginning a Sponsorship:
  • To accept and begin the Sponsorship Offer, an Authorised Person from the nominated group that has applied, must agree to the terms of the Sponsorship Programme and specifically, have the moral right to agree to reciprocal publicity arrangements.
  • As well as these stated terms, our standard Terms and Conditions will also apply as supplemental.
  • The Sponsorship shall begin once both parties have finalised the agreement (usually via email).
  • We will then provide the discount to your group in either of the following ways;
    • By providing you with a Discount Code, for use at the checkout to receive the agreed discount upon the placement of eligible orders (see discount code section above as those terms will also apply).
    • By deducting the agreed percentage from an order manually, once it has been received;
  • No refunds or backdating will be provided, unless agreed in writing;
  • The discount only applies to a single organisation (i.e. the applicant);
  • Orders must be placed by the nominated group via our website and be delivered to a single, same address;
  • Payment can be on invoice / bank transfer or credit card, which would include the discount (credit card payments attract an additional bank fee);
  • Discounts do not apply to shipping fees.
• Mutual Publicity
  • Part of your Sponsorship Offer is likely to include a requirement for shared publicity, which has the intention of achieving mutual, positive benefit for both parties.
  • Where you have agreed to publicise our brand name, website address and product(s) on your website:
    • We will provide to you via email, our logo, product photos, banners, advertising material, website address and any other marketing material you may require.
    • We request you publish these in a timely manner as it may impact your sponsorship from us should we have to “chase you” to do this.
    • You must let us know via email when and where you have published these so that we can view them.
    • If possible, please send us a draft first, so that we can request changes, in the event we determine their to be any inaccuracy.
  • Where you have agreed to provide us with event photos, information, flyers, write-ups etc, for us to publicise your group’s usage of our products;
    • We request you supply these to us in a timely manner. It may impact your sponsorship from us should we have to chase you for these.
    • We will use any provided information in accordance with the Sponsorship Offer and our Privacy policy. In particular, you are consenting for us to use your group’s name, branding, images including team and people based photos, links, references etc (“organisational material”) where we decide is appropriate (e.g. on our website, in local media, national press, international media) and we will assume that you have sought any necessary third party consent (e.g. people in photos, trademarks, etc) prior to providing these to us.
    • We will endeavour to notify you of when and where we have published these so that you can view it.
    • You may request changes, in the event any inaccuracy is identified.
• Changes, Cancellations and Terminations:
  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel, withdraw or terminate at any time, without notice:
    • any part of these terms;
    • any part of or the entire Sponsorship Programme;
    • any part of or the entire individual group’s Sponsorship Offer.
  • If you you choose to terminate the Sponsorship Offer agreement with us, we request that you provide 7 days advance notice.
  • When the Sponsorship Programme or any individual Sponsorship Offer agreement is cancelled, withdrawn or terminates, any and all promotional articles, website links, media publications, images, organisational material or other marketing pertaining or associated to your group, or the specific programme;
    • shall continue indefinitely without end or limitation of use.
    • may be referenced, linked to and promoted indefinitely by either us or your group;
    • where these have been previously published by your group, we expect them to remain in place for at least 12 months following the termination date.
